What uses credits?
Anything that calls an AI model: assistant replies, storyboard images, video clips, narration, transcription, music and sound effects. Bigger jobs, like video clips or the Ultimate assistant, use more. Editing, previewing and rendering on your Mac are free.
What happens when I run out?
AI features pause until your credits reset on your monthly renewal date, or until you add top-up credits or upgrade. Everything you've made stays on your computer and keeps working.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect straight away: you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period and get the bigger allowance immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then. Switching from monthly to yearly starts your yearly plan today, with credit for the unused part of your month.
How does the free trial work?
The Starter plan comes with a 7-day free trial with 200 credits. We ask for a card up front and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. One trial per account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing. You can resume any time before then.
